Internode SHDSL
There's no 'one-size-fits-all' for medium business Internet requirements, so we've designed our SHDSL services to offer the maximum flexibility and scalability possible.
The most obvious parameters are:
- Bandwidth - Internode SHDSL is available at 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps or 4 Mbps symmetrical.
- Internet usage - Plans range from 25 Gbytes per month up to Unlimited - with usage counted only on the download direction.
A more subtle point is the quality of service that your business needs:
- Standard business Internet usage requirements, such as browsing and email, are catered for with Business grade service
- More demanding requirements (such as IP Telephony and Virtual Private Networks) can take advantage of the higher grade Corporate service.
- The Direct service provides the highest possible throughput, for direct connection from your premises to Internode's international IP network.
Above all, the service must be reliable. We provide a fully maintained Network Termination Unit that conveniently presents Ethernet to your equipment. There's no need to purchase or maintain an SHDSL modem or router - the service will connect directly to the Ethernet port on your firewall. Customers of Internode SHDSL also receive Priority Business Support, and the service features an availability rebate - backed by our 'Silver' service level agreement.
Naturally the service includes one static IP address; and additional IP addressing is available at extra cost if required.
